We use PARMIGIANO REGGIANO DOP (the best Parmesan cheese in the world) or for our Vegan line our own Vegan Parmesan (raw cashews, nutritional yeast, salt and garlic), the freshest basil (grown under the sun in Hawaii) or for our dandelion greens superfood pesto, organic dandelion greens from Lady Moon organics, baby arugula, first pressed virgin olive oil from a small family farm in Lucca, Italy, domestic grown garlic, fresh squeezed domestic lemon juice, fresh pine nuts, and sea salt.
